By submitting payment, you agree to these terms.

Projects begin after deposit and approved brief.

3. Payment
Payment for project will be required before any project work starts.

4. Revisions
Includes 3 rounds of revisions per concept. Additional revisions will be quoted for.

5. Intellectual Property
You receive final files with commercial use license. Source files remain my property unless purchased separately.

6. Portfolio Rights
I may showcase completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities
Provide clear feedback within 3 business days. Delays extend timeline.

8. Limitation of Liability
My maximum liability is limited to the project fee. I'm not liable for trademark disputes or business decisions based on the design.
