1. Payment Terms

All projects require upfront payment to begin. In some cases, a split payment structure may be offered.
If applicable, the remaining balance is due within 24 hours of first delivery.

Final files will not be released until full payment is received. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless in exceptional circumstances at the designer’s discretion.

2. Revisions

Each project includes 3 revision rounds.

Anything beyond this is treated as additional work and billed accordingly.

3. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary depending on:

• Project complexity
  
• Current workload
  

An estimated timeframe will be provided before starting.

4. Ownership & Copyright

All work remains the property of the designer unless agreed otherwise.

Once fully paid, the client is granted a license to use the final design for its intended purpose.

Full ownership rights must be agreed upon before the project begins and may be subject to additional fees.

5. Portfolio Rights

The designer reserves the right to showcase completed work across:

• Portfolio
  
• Social media
  
• Marketing
  

Unless agreed otherwise prior to project commencement.

6. Additional Work

Anything outside the agreed scope will be treated as billable work, including:

• Additional revisions
  
• New design requests
  
• File adjustments
  
• Extended communication

All additional work will be quoted before proceeding.

7. Creative Direction

Creative direction, consulting, or brand advice is not included unless explicitly agreed as a separate service.

8. Communication

Clear and timely communication is required throughout the project.

Delays in client responses may affect timelines.

FINAL AGREEMENT

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

All projects are carried out under these conditions.
