1. Payment Terms

All payments are required upfront.

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at the designer’s discretion.

2. Revisions

Each project includes three (3) revision rounds at no additional cost.

Any revisions beyond this will be charged accordingly, with fees determined based on project scope and workload.

3. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary depending on project complexity and current workload.

Estimated delivery timelines will be provided.

4. Ownership & Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, the designer retains ownership of all work.

Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the final approved design for its intended purpose.

Full ownership rights may be purchased outright and must be agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement.

5. Portfolio Rights

The designer reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to project commencement.

6. Additional Work

Any work outside the agreed project scope including additional revisions, new design requests, extended communication, file adjustments, or meetings will be treated as billable additional work and quoted accordingly before proceeding.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. All projects are carried out subject to these conditions.
